Restoration of fired damaged 1870 Sarah Jordan boarding house, home to Thomas Edison employees and first house wired with electricity. Reproduction woodwork included ponderosa pine sash components, interior trim soffet brackets, crown, beveled siding and shutters. Fabricated sash using original open mortise and tenon joinery.
