Historical preservation in downtown Denver. Spanish Cedar pivot, awning and double hung windows were fabricated to exact detail. Solid bronze pivot hardware was recast for authenticity. Grabill fabricated windows that worked exactly the way they did in 1923 and met all current energy efficiency and sound standards. This project has since won the Silver Hard Hat Award for outstanding restoration renovation project 2008. Total 275 units.
