We prepare complete tax credit applications for clients seeking to take advantage of state and federal tax incentives for their rehabilitation projects. As part of our services we evaluate the project for compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation (required to receive the credits) and coordinate efforts with the State Historic Preservation Officer and the National Park Service.
