We cleaned and colorsealed this ceramic tile and grout, to restore this floor to what it once looked like when it was first installed.  When grout is not sealed properly or not colorsealed, the grout will absorb dirt and staining agents, staining the grout.  In these photos, this floor was probably never cleaned, and it was very dirty.  We not only cleaned the tile and grout thoroughly, we colorsealed the grout.  The colorseal is a permanent seal, which will not absorb any liquid or dirt, making it much easier to keep clean in the years to come.  Also, you can see from these photos, the colorseal puts all the grout one color, covering any discoloration or staining.  Our customers love this service and we hear from them sometimes years afterward how easy it is to maintain.
