Total restoration of a 1904 estate that was built by Architect William L Price for the Schoen's. Renovation of original house, fully updated, new addition, 3 Full bathrooms & 3 half bathrooms, Kitchen, MEP systems, new pergola and Water Tower Restoration per 1904 hand tinted post card, Total restoration of a 2 bedroom 1906 English Style residence on site that was William Schoen's office. New contructed Party Barn with 2 car garage, plus miscellaneous other site improvments. Winner of a Grand Jury Award in 2010 for Rose Valley Farm from The Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia,
